The Chaplaincy Wardens and Chaplaincy Council

 The Chaplaincy Wardens
In the Church of England the Chaplaincy Wardens have a good deal of responsibility.  They provide leadership to the Chaplaincy Council and represent the interests of the congregations to the Chaplain, Archdeacon and Bishops.  In the absence of the Chaplain, they control most  matters of local church governance.
The two Chaplaincy Wardens - elected at the last Chaplaincy Annual General Meeting on 1 May 2011 - are currently Rosella Macchi Parmiter, pictured above on the right, and Anne Eccleston (left) .  The Wardens are elected by the combined congregations at the Chaplaincy AGM - or in the case of a vacancy during the year at a Special General Meeting of the Chaplaincy.
To contact the Chaplaincy Wardens phone 95 240 0006 (Rosella Parmiter) or 95 759 9900 (Anne Eccleston), or email wardens@stgeorgemalaga.org
